Blueberry Cream Cheese Muffin

Alhamdulillah… Rasa lega sikit sebab sekarang ni dah reda sikit segala kelam-kabut. A lot of things happened recently and tak kurang juga kejutan2 yang terjadi dalam hidup I. Apa2 pun I terima dengan redha & sabar. Semoga Allah membantu I untuk mengahadapi semua ini dan semoga Allah melindungi kita semua daripada perkara2 negatif ya. Yang pasti, dalam hidup ni once in a while we have to expect the unexpected. Ha… dah macam ceramah lak kan… hehe…

Also, I nak minta maaf sangat2 to those yang called tapi I tak pick-up or yang email/SMS diorang I lambat reply because I have to give priority to more important things.

Okay, enough about myself. Nampak takgambar kat atas tu? Dah lama dah teringin nak buat muffin ni. Just recently I got time to make it. Blueberry Cream Cheese Muffin. The muffin very delicious & fluffy. Yummy!!!

Dadih

Dadih is one of my favourite food since my childhood lg. Masa kecik-kecik dulu kalau pergi pasar malam mesti nak beli benda ni. Sebabnya my mum tak reti nak buat sendiri. Lagipun, masa dulu-dulu bukan ada peti ais pun kat rumah. So kalau nak, beli je la kan.

Hari tu I dah test market at my area. Memang tak dinafikan dadih is one of Malaysian’s favourite. Especially masa musim2 panas skang ni kan. Feedback pun not bad since my dadih tak berasa susu sangat. Dari budak kecik sampai la ayah budak pun suka dadih ni. And I perasan flavour yang paling laku sekali adalah perasa jagung. Hmmm… sesuai dengan tekak Malaysia kan.

Donat! Donat!

Ari tu teringin sangat nak makan donut. Nak keluar malas so dari tak buat apa-apa baik buat sendiri je kan. So the above adalah donut yang telah terhasil. I really like donut with chocolate topping plus nuts/almond. Unfortunately, masa buat ni my nuts supply dah habis. So I just add chocolate rice, white chocolate and some sugar decoration.

Actually satu adunan kira banyak la gak. So dapat la bg kat jiran & my husband bawak gi office.

Kalau ada sapa2 nak order, silakan la ye. Jangan malu-malu…
