Dah lama betul tak update apa2 kat sini. I really want to thank those yang still ingat kat I and place orders walaupun semuanyer I tak dapat amik. hehe… I really appreciate your support!

So far I tak dapat nak amik order lg sbb still tak dapat manage time dengan baik especially with the new baby. And skang ni ada issue ngan rumah lak. So kena settle satu2 baru boleh open for order.

Rasanyer lepas ni I akan guna previous blog ‘Sweet Yummy Cupcakes‘ for update purposes sebab current site asyik kena spam jer.

Lastly, selamat berpuasa diucapkan kepada semua yang beragama Islam. Semoga Ramadhan kali ni kita semua diberkati Allah.

First of all, saya nak mintak maaf sangat2 sbb dah lama sangat tutup kedai & tak update apa-apa kat sini. Saya tahu ramai yang frust sebab I have to reject their orders especially during raya haji & during musim cuti sekolah ni. Memang tak dapat nak elak. Anyway, I really appreciate your continues support. Thank you so much!

Actually, I am now 5 months pregnant and since this is my first pregnancy after 2 years of marriage so memang kalau boleh nak jaga betul-betul la. Plus, my husband tak bagi buat keje berat2 sangat so I need to take this opportunity to get enough rest.  Walaupun sebenarnyer kalau time tak pregnant keje buat kek ni takde la penat sangat pun. Tapi skang kalau nak makan kek pun beli kat kedai jer. Hehe…

Picture above was the last project I had before business temporarily closed. 2,000pcs doorgift ordered by Jiha. The last picture is boxes of chocolate. Dalam kes ni, saya cuma tolong wrap the chocolate. Coklat tu semua ready-made. Jangan salah sangka lak yer…

And I would like to stress again that I am now base in BANDAR BARU BANGI. No longer at Ukay Perdana.

Actually, saya pun tak pasti bila saya akan start balik amik order. May be after confinement period la kot. But no exact date so far. Anything I will put the update here.

First of all saya nak ucapkan terima kasih pada semua on your continous support. To those yang ada place order saya ucapkan terima banyak2. However, saya tak dapat nak terima order you all disebabkan ada banyak hal yg berlaku selepas saya berpindah rumah ni. Biasa la, kita merancang Allah saja yang menentukan semuanya.

Also, I would like to announce here that I will not take any orders effective from today. Kedai ditutup buat sementara waktu. When everything settled & saya pun dah dalam keadaan tenang, insyaAllah saya akan open balik for orders. But the date tak confirm lagi.

Saya juga nak ucapkan selamat berpuasa kepada semua. InsyaAllah semoga kita semua dapat menjalani ibadat puasa dengan aman dan tenang. Amin…

First of all nak mintak maaf sangat2 to those yg I tak dapat amik order diorang. It’s because within 2/3 weeks lagi I akan move to Bangi. Skang ni tgh busy packing barang & after that order memang dah full until 14 August 2009. If everything went well, I will be available from 15 August onwards.

Mesti you all nak tahu kenapa I move to Bangi kan? Actually, kerja my husband requires him to go to Putrajaya frequently. So untuk menjimatkan masa & kos we decided to move there, his office as well.

During this period, kalau call or email tak attended tu, faham-faham je la ya. Mungkin masa tu tengah busy mengemas.

Also, I really want to thank you all for being very supportive towards my products. Love you…! Mmmmuuuuuaaaahh!

Also, I have received a few feedbacks regarding the icing that it’s too sweet for adults. But I have to tell you children like the icing… hehe…

After experimenting some recipes plus, trial and error session, I have found/created new recipe that is less sweet, but not too runny(cair)… I can guarantee you this… and from now on I will use that recipe for all my cupcakes. Especially, to those who healthy conscious or having low level of sugar intake.

I know some of my customers like the sweet version icing. Don’t worry, just let me know if you want the sweet version. But by default, I will use the not-so-sweet version icing.

Attention Please…

Hope you guys doing good out there, at work or at home.

Recently I am quite busy due to customers orders, as well as personal matters. So I really hope to get your co-operation so that I can manage my time, my schedule and your orders better.

Today I would like to stressed on a few things:

Orders:

Small orders - at least 1 week before

Large orders - at least 2 weeks before

with full details via email

For small orders, please place the order at least one week before the chosen date and for large orders, please place the order at least 2 weeks before. But if you have the exact date earlier than that, please book the date earlier. The earlier, the better.

Also, please provide me with the full details. You can find it in “Order’ page. This will save my time, as well as yours. Please send your orders via email to sweetyummycupcakes@gmail.com / dida@mysweetyummy.com. No SMS please…

Payment:

Small Orders - at least 5 days before

Large Orders - at least 2 weeks before

No cash-on-delivery (COD)

For small orders, please make payment at least 5 days before the chosen date and large orders, full payment is to be made at least 2 weeks before. The order will be canceled if no payment is made within the time mentioned. And no cash-on-delivery (COD) except for Fast Sale.

Account details will be provided upon confirmation. Payment can be made via internet banking (Maybank2u / CIMBclicks) or through Cash Deposit Machine.

Normally, I will not remind customers about the payment. So I hope you take your full responsibility to make the payment ya. No payment means no cupcakes.

Actually it happened a few times when I already buy & prepare everything but at the very last minute the customer cancel the order or just didn’t turn up at all. When this happened, I have to bear the losses. I hope you guys understand my situation.

Recently, there was a case where the customer has paid through Cash Deposit Machine and according to the bank officer the transaction is successful. But I didn’t receive the money. Actually, I never faced this situation before. May be the bank has system issue that day. In this case, I will not bear the cost or any losses incurred and I will cancel the order unless I receive the full payment. This thing really need to be cleared up with the bank.

Collection time:

Monday - Friday: 9am - 10pm

Saturday & Sunday: 9am - 1pm

For self pick-up, map will be provided upon order confirmation or you can view it in page “Order” that you can find at the top of the website. The map is quite straight forward because even foreigner pun can arrived to my place safely. So, I think there’s no issue with that. Pick-up time as below. I will not entertain any pick-up earlier or later than that.

One more thing, if you are late or cannot come on the specified date/time please contact me to arrange new date & time. Please don’t let me tertunggu-tunggu kat rumah sorang2. It is somehow mengganggu kerja-kerja I yang lain.

Also, as I mentioned here pick-up is to be done at my place so it means my place, as per the map given. I will not take any instruction to go somewhere else to bring the cuppies for you.

Delivery:

Saturday & Sunday only: 10am- 5pm

From today onwards, I can make delivery during weekend only and the time is from 10.00am until 5.00pm. No delivery will be made earlier or later than that. If you insist the delivery to be made on weekdays, please consult me.

Contact me:

Anyone who wants to contact me, please contact me during regular hours only. I would say paling lambat pun 10pm la. Later than that, your calls/SMS might not be entertained on that day. Wait for the next day.

Okay to all my customers, I really hope to get your full co-operation on this.

Sweet Yummy Cupcakes Year End Sales

When you buy 2 boxes of cupcakes or more, you can buy at RM35 each box. Normal price is RM40.

This offer is applicable to medium size & large size only. Small cupcakes are sold at normal rate.

For example:

When you order 1 box of medium size cuppies, the price would be RM40.

When you order 2 boxes of medium size cuppies, the totall price is RM70 (RM35×2).

When you order 4 boxes of medium size cuppies, the price is RM140 (RM35×4).

This offer is valid from 1 November 2008 until 31 December 2008 and only applicable for the orders which is placed and to be collected during November 2008 and December 2008. If you place orders in November 2008 and it is to be collected in January, normal price will be charged.
